"They’ve always been polite. But they canceled my policy without notifying me due to an expired card. When I wanted to sign back up they wanted to increase my rate from $65 a month to $195 a month for letting my policy laps. I wouldn’t have let my policy laps if I had received an email or text stating it was going to be canceled. Edit: their response pretending like to need to update my contact info is fake so he doesn’t look as bad. They have my contact info and have absolutely not been trying to contact me to fix it. I went elsewhere and got way better coverage for a fraction of the price."
