"I needed some information about an existing claim. When I called the State Farm 800 number, the rep said that the claim didn’t exist because he couldn’t find it in the system. He was not helpful and was condescending. I then called Greg’s office to get help from my local agency. The office staff was friendly and figured out where to find the claim in the system and get me the information I needed to complete the repair. It not only makes a difference what national company you use, but also who your local agent and staff is because that’s who will be there and actually help you when you need to use your policy. Thanks, Greg!"
